A Personalized Approach to Positive Change – Every session is designed just for you, based on your unique goals and experiences. Whether you're looking for relief from anxiety, stress, better sleep, improved performance, or a deeper transformation, hypnotherapy meets you where you are and works with how your mind naturally operates.

In our first session, we’ll meet online via Zoom, where we’ll:

  • Explore what brought you here and what you’d like to shift

  • Discuss how hypnotherapy works and what to expect

  • Answer any questions—whether about hypnosis, your goals, or the process itself

  • Begin guiding your subconscious mind toward the change you’re ready for

Once you’re comfortable, I’ll guide you into a relaxed, focused state where your mind is open to new possibilities—no force, just a natural shift that allows you to create meaningful change at the subconscious level.

A Process That Works Beyond the Session

I’ll also teach you practical tools and techniques to use between sessions to reinforce and deepen the work we do together. My clients find these tools so useful that they continue using them long after our sessions, making them a lifelong resource.

The number of sessions varies based on your goals and the changes you’re looking to create. Most clients experience noticeable shifts after just one session, and then we will fine tune and reinforce. We’ll tailor the process to fit your needs.

Catalyste Flow is a unique, flexible, and effective method of Hypnotherapy created by Shannon Eddy that allows clients to create the profound positive change they seek. Rather than a rigid order of steps, sessions flow between 4 principles (Calm, Connect, Calibrate, Create) as needed by the individual person and situation. This method allows for important subconscious changes to be made, but also for those changes to result in actions and intention with the conscious mind.
